The first ever Miss Teen International Pageant was held on April 6, 1966 in Hollywood, California. This title was won by Ewa Birgitta Aulin.
The second Miss Teen International pageant was held on April 13, 1967 in Hollywood, California. Alice Alfeim was crowned amongst nine other contestants.
Miss Teen International 1968, was the Third edition of Miss Teen International pageant. It was held on April 15 in Hollywood, California. This title was won by Janette McLeod.
